There are only two seasons: rainy and dry. The animals that are strictly to this biome can survive in none other, as their food sources are only found in expanses of tropical forests. There are plenty of scattered pools of water. The canopy is multi-layered and allows for very little light to peek through. The plant life is incredibly diversified. The land stretches before your eyes, so flat that any small crest seems like an enormous dune. The grass is thick, but it is located close enough to the mountains that storms occur frequently.
